Kagiso Media has interests in new media, content production, specialised publishing, research,  radio broadcasting and television.

Kagiso Media is 100% owned by Kagiso Tiso Holdings.

Kagiso Media plays an active role in empowering previously disenfranchised South Africans through employment equity and management diversity, training and contributing to social investment programmes, human capital management and affirmative procurement policies.

As a Level 2 BBBEE contributor in terms of the DTI scorecard, the Kagiso Media Group is committed to the principles of BBBEE and has developed the necessary reporting processes and created the relevant focus and awareness in order to achieve its targets in line with regulatory and shareholder expectations.

Our vision is to be a content creator and aggregator, located around high demand and unmet themes, reaching all Africans on the continent and in the diaspora, through every access point, on any device. We aim to achieve this by working with partners, who have the same values as Kagiso Media, to create and distribute authentic African stories for Africa and the rest of the world.
